• Dealer name, business name, and contact person
• WhatsApp phone number and WhatsApp profile name
• Messages sent to and from our WhatsApp business number
• Vehicle photos, videos, and listing details you send or that we read from your listings
• Dealer logos and brand colors used in the videos
• The videos we generate and your approval, change, or skip decisions

We use this data only to create, deliver, and manage your videos, to communicate with you about the service, and to provide support. The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in running and improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

WhatsApp messages are sent and received through the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland ("Meta"). Meta acts as our service provider (processor) for delivering these messages. This means your phone number, messages, and the photos and videos exchanged over WhatsApp are processed by Meta. Meta may transfer data to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not use your WhatsApp data for advertising and we do not sell it. We keep ZaliReel data for as long as you use the service. After the end of the contract we delete it, unless we have to keep certain records for legal reasons (for example, invoices under Austrian tax law). You can ask us to delete your photos, videos, or chat history at any time. Photos and videos that you have already published on your own social media channels are under your control.
